MANGO-CASHEW NUT DIP - For the Mango addicts!

For a change, let me present you an easy dip. I am keeping everything simple in this post. No story or nutritional information and jumping straight to the recipe.

Requirements
  • Two slices of ripe mangoes ( any variety) with the peel
  • 8-10 cashew nuts soaked in water for 10 minutes
  • 1 tsp Red chilli sauce ( Add extra for more spice)
  • 2 tsp Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
The original recipe source is from Elephants and Coconut trees but I have modified the ingredients to suit my taste.

Grind together Mangoes, peel, cashew nuts and sour cream to a smooth paste. Add sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve chilled with any snack or fresh and crunchy vegetables of your choice.

What are you waiting for folks? Invite your friends over for a party and serve them this delicious dip. Make the best use of Mangoes this Summer.
